Spartans Take Two over Rival Eagles
The Aurora University baseball team headed to Benedictine University on Wednesday to take on the Eagles in a NACC doubleheader. The Spartans scored 23 runs on their way to a second consecutive conference sweep. The Spartans defeated the Eagle 18-8 in seven innings in game one on the back of Zack Tarrant’s four RBI. Then battled in game two eventually coming out ahead with a 5-3 victory to complete the sweep.
