Softball Set Back by Florida Atlantic on Wednesday Night
MIAMI — FIU's softball program dropped its non-conference tilt with Florida Atlantic on Wednesday evening, 10-2, at Baptist Health Stadium. The Panthers (23-9) suffered just their third home defeat of the season on Wednesday night, falling to in-state rival Florida Atlantic (22-11) at home. FIU trailed 2-0 early, but tied the game on a two-run homer from Leah Clark in the bottom of the first.
