Second Half Gives Geneseo Edge Over Men鈥檚 Lacrosse
ONEONTA, N.Y. — The Oneonta men’s lacrosse team was defeated by Geneseo, 10-9, Wednesday afternoon at All College Field. Oneonta had a five-goal advantage by the end of the first quarter, then Geneseo climbed back and took the lead early in the fourth quarter for the game. The result moved the Red Dragons to 3-5 this season and the Knights to 5-3 overall. Junior Thomas Hnis (Smithtown, N.Y./Kings Park) co-led the team with three goals for three points, while senior Aidan Boyle (Yorktown Heights, N.Y./Yorktown) finished with one goal and two assists for three points.
