Safarova Earns Conference Honor for Second Consecutive Week
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For the second consecutive week, Boise State women's tennis player Zdena Safarova was named Mountain West Player of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday. The award marks Safarova's sixth career MW weekly honor and her second of the 2026 season. The junior holds the most MW Player of the Week awards among active players. Safarova helped lead Boise State to a 2-0 weekend, posting two wins at No. 1 singles and an additional victory at No. 1 doubles.
