Rams fall short in conference opener against Marian
FOND DU LAC, WI – A strong fourth period was not enough, as the Rams drop their conference opener on the road to Marian at Smith Field, 7-5. The Rams (1-6, 0-1 NACC) jumped out to the early lead when Brynn Miroslavich found the back of the net at the 12:34 mark of the first quarter. Marian (2-6, 1-0 NACC) scored twice midway through the first, to take the 2-1 lead. Hailey Sieler scored early in the second period on an assisted goal by Evi Reedy, to tie the game up.
