Pessel Earns Medalist Honors as Women鈥檚 Golf Finishes Second at Linda Lowery
ROUND ROCK, Texas — Kinley Pessel captured her fourth win of the year as LeTourneau women’s golf finished second in the Linda Lowery Invitational title at the par-72 Teravista Golf Club on Tuesday. LeTourneau finished 59-over 635 (310-325) in the 36-hole tournament, finishing just five strokes shy of winner East Texas Baptist. The YellowJackets were one of seven SCAC teams in the tournament, finishing 14 strokes ahead of third-place St. Thomas. Pessel’s carded a 8-over (76-76) on the 36-hole tournament.
