Men’s Lacrosse Comeback Falls Short to Misericordia
Scranton, Pa. — Marywood University nearly came back from a four-goal deficit in a 7-6 men’s lacrosse loss to Misericordia University. The Pacers fall to 5-6 overall on the season. Ricky Strobel scored a hat trick, and Ben Meighan added a pair of goals. Luke Ament went 13 for 16 (81.65 percent) from the faceoff-x with eight ground balls. Defensively, Mitchell Thompson, Osten Grigas and Meighan totaled five ground balls. Dalton Gerver produced four ground balls. Antonio Cortes and Wil Pieters each gathered three ground balls.
