Men鈥檚 Basketball鈥檚 Powell named Academic All-District
GREENWOOD, Indiana 鈥� The Marietta College men’s basketball team had one player named to 2026 Academic All-District Team, as selected by College Sports Communicators. Junior Luke Powell (St. Marys, W.Va./St. Marys) was the lone honoree from the men’s team. The student athlete was honored due to his academic efforts as well as his play on the court. Powell, a Management and Marketing major, has posted a cumulative 3.54 GPA up to this point in his Pioneer career. This season, he came off the bench to provide the Pioneers with 4.1 points per game.
