Jets sign Lucas Wahlin to one-year contract
A talented collegiate veteran has inked his first NHL deal. On Wednesday, the Winnipeg Jets announced that the team has signed forward Lucas Wahlin to a one-year, two-way contract. The deal is for the 2026-27 season, with an NHL cap hit of $850,000. Wahlin will report to the Jets’ American Hockey League affiliate, the Manitoba Moose, for the remainder of the 2025-26 campaign on an amateur tryout.
