Fitzgerald no-hits Central in 11-0 win
Brendan Fitzgerald struck out 12 Central hitters in a five-inning no-hitter and the Huntington Red Devils opened district play with a convincing 11-0 win over the Central Bulldogs in Huntington Tuesday night. Fitzgerald didn鈥檛 allow a hit, although Central was able to get runners on thanks to a pair of Huntington errors. Kullen Fountain, Alex McGilvra, Connor Young and Luke Green each had two hits for the Red Devils on a night they got 11 hits.
