Elijah Williams Named MEAC Men鈥檚 Field Athlete of the Week
NORFOLK, Va. 鈥� Coppin State’s Elijah Williams has been named the MEAC Men’s Field Athlete of the Week, it was announced by the league office on Wednesday afternoon. This is the first weekly award that Williams has received in his collegiate career. A freshman from Smyrna, Del., Williams made his collegiate outdoor debut and won both the 110m hurdles and high jump at last weekend’s Fred Hardy Invitational.
