Davis, Edmead Earn ECAC Honors
3/25/2026 10:15:00 AM | By: Stephen Gorchov Cruz Davis (left) and Preston Edmead (right) Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team earned a pair of awards from the ECAC today as Cruz Davis was named to the All-ECAC First Team and Preston Edmead garnered ECAC Rookie of the Year honors. Davis, the CAA Player of the Year and an All-CAA First Team selection, averaged team highs of 20.1 points and 4.7 assists per game. He appeared in all 35 games and averaged 37.9 minutes per game.
