Cates Named SCAC Golfer of the Week
SUWANEE, Ga. — Coming off his first collegiate medalist honors, Trey Cates was named the SCAC Golfer of the Week, announced the league on Wednesday. It is the first career weekly award for Cates. He is the fourth different LeTourneau golfer to collect honors this season. A junior from Portland, Texas, Cates delivered a record-breaking performance and the LeTourneau men’s golf team captured the Linda Lowery Invitational title at the par-72 Teravista Golf Club on Tuesday.
