Women鈥檚 Basketball Trio Chosen for College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Teams
Three Hope College women’s basketball teammates have been selected to the 2025-26 Academic All-District Women’s Basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators: forwards Maddie Petroelje and Leah Richards, and guard Anna Richards. The program recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom in all three NCAA divisions and the NAIA. Academic All-District recipients must be at least a sophomore academically, have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and either competed in 90 percent of the institution’s games or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution’s games.
