WestConn鈥檚 Heitmann And Macary Receive CSC Academic All-District Honors
DANBURY, Conn.. 鈥� Western Connecticut State University seniors Leana Heitmann (East Syracuse, N.Y.) and Sara Macary (Naugatuck, Conn.) were named to the 2026 CSC Division III Academic All-District Women’s Basketball Team. She also joined Wolves senior Francesca Foster (Mystic, Conn.), sophomores Gianna Castellano (East Haven, Conn.), Cameron Froehlich (Brookfield, Conn.), and Deona Garcia (Hopewell Junction, N.Y.) and freshmen Finley Burke (Dallas, Texas) and Julyssa Patterson (Waterbury, Conn.) on the Little East Conference (LEC) Fall Academic Honor Roll.
