Vikings Place Three Players on Academic All-District Team for First Time since 1992-93 Season
The Portland State women’s basketball team placed three players on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for the first time since the 1992-93 season Tuesday. Laynee Torres-Kahapea repeated as an All-District recipient, while Kyleigh Brown and Taylor Moffat joined her as they both received the honor for the first time in their careers. Torres-Kahapea earned her second All-District honor with a 3.94 GPA in applied health and fitness. She led the Vikings with 2.7 assists per game this past season.
