Trio of Saxons Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors
ALFRED, NY 鈥� Three members of the Alfred University men’s basketball members were selected to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for Division III, as announced on Tuesday. Nolan Gilbert (Mechanicsburg, PA/Cumberland Valley) , Gennaro Picco (Hornell, NY/Hornell) and Franlys Valenzuela (Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic/San Ysidro) all earned CSC Academic honors. “I’m really happy for these three guys,” Head Coach Erich Kaempffe said.
