Spiders Slide to Fifth on Final Day in Raleigh
RALEIGH, N.C. 鈥� The Richmond Spider women’s golf team fell from third to fifth in the final round of the City of Oaks Collegiate Tuesday, combining for a team score of 316 (+28) in the final round. Richmond finished the event at 50-over par (914), good for fifth in the field of 13 teams. Richmond’s score was a 29-shot improvement over its last two tournaments at Lonnie Poole Golf Course, when the Spiders shot 79-over par (943) at both the 2025 City of Oaks Collegiate and the 2023 NCAA Regionals.
