Sewanee pulls away late to defeat George Fox, 14-11
SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sally Herrington erupted for three fourth-quarter goals as Sewanee closed on a 7-3 run in the final period to defeat George Fox, 14-11, in women’s lacrosse action Tuesday night at Puett Field. Marlin Price and Ellen Lewis paced the Tigers offensively with four points each. Price recorded three goals and an assist, while Lewis finished with four goals and three draw controls.
