Owls’ Basketball trio recognized as Academic All-District®
COLUMBUS, Miss. – Three basketball players from The W – Conley Langford and Fantasia Wilson from the women’s team, as well as Jackson Reid for the men – have been recognized for their combined athletic and academic prowess on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic NCAA III All-District® team, it has been announced. For Langford, a senior biology major, it marks her third-consecutive honor on the Academic All-District® team. Langford was also a CSC Academic All-American® second team in 2022-23.
