Mount Aloysius Controls Match in Straight-Set Win
CRESSON, Pa. — Mount Aloysius delivered a dominant performance Tuesday evening, sweeping Carlow in straight sets (25-10, 25-17, 25-12) in an AMCC men’s volleyball matchup at the Athletic Convocation & Wellness Center. The Mounties (3-19, 3-4 AMCC) controlled the match from the opening serve, hitting an efficient .375 as a team while holding Carlow (0-22, 0-10 AMCC) to just a .054 hitting percentage. Mount Aloysius set the tone early with a .435 attack percentage in the first set, building momentum that carried through the remainder of the match.
