Lions Tame Tornados in Demorest
DEMOREST, Ga. 鈥� The Brevard College women’s lacrosse team (2-6, 1-3 USA South) fell 24-1 on Tuesday evening to Piedmont (7-5, 5-0 USAS) on Tuesday evening at the Walker Athletic Complex. Piedmont controlled the game from the opening draw, scoring 10 goals in the first quarter and never looking back. The Lions added five goals in both the second and third periods before closing with four more in the fourth.
