Jamar Taylor named CCIW Defensive Player of the Week
NAPERVILLE, Ill — Jamar Taylor of the Augustana Vikings men’s lacrosse team has been named the CCIW Defensive Player of the week, the league announced Tuesday. The freshman earns this honor after his performance against Pitt-Bradford last Saturday, after collecting 10 ground balls and causing five turnovers. Additionally, scored two goals on three attempts, along with an assist. This is the second time this season that Taylor has earned the player of the week honor.
