SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Highlanders traveled to Northern California for two matches this week, starting at Sacramento State. This was the third time these two schools met this season, with the Hornets taking the first two matches in January. This afternoon Sacramento State topped UC Riverside, 4-0 to sweep all three matches from the Highlanders. How it happened The Hornets took the doubles point, 2-0. The double team of Lucas Mszyca and Lucas Ibarrondo Suarez had their match end unfinished, trailing 3-5. Mszyca, Michael Chang and Andrew Lavine all had their singles matches go unfinished.
