Hines Named Track Athlete of the Week
BOSTON - The University at Albany track and field's Steve Hines has been named the Track Athlete of the Week by the America East Conference, announced Tuesday. A native of Montego Bay, Jamaica, Steve Hines competed in both the 800m and the 1500m at the USF Alumni Invitational. Excelling in the 800m, he led a group of four UAlbany runners with a personal record and a fourth-place finish. His time, 1:49.46, is ranked sixth in program history.
