Harashima Ties for Fifth at UC San Diego Invitational
LA JOLLA, Calif. - Senior Rei Harashima closed out the UC San Diego Invitational with his second-straight round of 68 (-4) to lead the UC Irvine men's golf team Tuesday at Torrey Pines' North Course. Over the final two rounds, Harashima climbed 41 spots into a tie for fifth out of 104 golfers. He carded a season-best 54-hole score to par at 6-under 210 (74-68-68). The Chula Vista native had six birdies on the day, increasing his tournament total to a team-best 13.
