Glassford named KJCCC D-II Softball Player of the Week
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Johnson County Community College freshman outfielder Kennedy Glassford has been named the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Division II Softball Player of the Week for week six. Glassford carried a big bat for the Cavaliers last week to help JCCC to a 4-2 record, which included a sweep of NJCAA Division 1 Barton Community College. The freshman outfielder hit .688 and slugged 1.500 over six games, with seven of her 11 hits going for extra bases.
