General, Women鈥檚 Gymnastics, Baseball: Tayah Graham and Nolan Smith Named SUNY Cortland Athletes of the Week
Sophomore women’s gymnast Tayah Graham (Syracuse/Blaze Gymnastics) and junior baseball first baseman Nolan Smith (Hamburg) have been named the SUNY Cortland Athletes of the Week for the week ending March 22. Tayah Graham Tayah earned All-America honors on vault for the second straight year, tying for fifth place out of 48 competitors in the event at the Cortland-hosted NCGA Championships. She matched her career-high in the event with a score of 9.775. The top eight finishers in each event are All-Americans; she tied for third last season.
