Four Brewers Honored With Academic All-District Accolades
Greenwood, IN 鈥� The Vassar College Women’s Basketball program had four student-athletes recognized for their work both on the court and in the classroom with College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors. Ava Gurley (Austin, TX), Sophia Ippolito (Cumberland Center, ME), Erin Lovett (Norwalk, CT) and Sierra McDermed (San Antonio, TX) have all be recognized for athletic and academic excellence. McDermed, a Physics and Applied Mathematics major, earns Academic All-District honors for the third straight year and was named First Team All-Liberty League for the third time in 2025-26.
