Eight Golden Flyers Receive Men鈥檚 Indoor Track and Field All-Conference Selections
ALL-CONFERENCE LIST HILTON, NY ( nazathletics.com ) – The Empire 8 announced its 2025-26 Men’s Indoor Track & Field All-Conference selections on Tuesday, with several Golden Flyers earning honors. The Empire 8 first, second and third team all-conference selections were determined at the championship meet, Feb. 27-28. Sophomore Graeden Heichberger earned second team honors in both the shot put and weight throw. Seniors Jack Pomykaj and Aaron Lund both received honors in the heptathlon, with Pomykaj receiving first team and Lund earning third team recognition.
