CMU Women鈥檚 Golf Opens Spring Season with Home Tournament
Boonville, Mo. 鈥� Central Methodist University women's golf competed against a deep field Monday and Tuesday at the CMU Spring Invitational, hosted by the Eagles at Hail Ridge Golf Course. Central finished fourth overall with a two-round total of 687 (349鈥�338) while also fielding additional competitors throughout the lineup. Lincoln University captured the team title at 605, followed by William Woods University (664) and Missouri Valley College (669). CMU demonstrated notable improvement from round one to round two, shaving 11 strokes off its team score while several individuals made strong moves up the leaderboard.
