Chambers Tabbed Conference USA Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week
MIAMI鈥� FIU men's track & field senior Raynell Chambers was named Conference USA Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week, the league announced Tuesday. In his first event of the 2026 outdoor season, Chambers broke the school record in the 200m and finished third with a time of 20.63 at the USF Alumni Invitational, just behind two runners from P4 conferences. His time in the event has him placed at #4 in the east rankings and #9 in the NCAA on TFRRS. He currently also holds the school's 400m record, which he set last season.
