Blasetti To Play In 2026 NEWBA Senior All-Star Game, Hedge To Compete In Three Point Contest
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (March 24, 2026) 鈥� Western New England women’s basketball senior Perry Blasetti has been named to the 2026 New England Women’s Basketball Association (NEWBA) Senior All-Star Game, becoming the ninth Golden Bear in program history to compete in the historic game, while junior Sophie Hedge will compete in the three-point contest. Blasetti, a native of Hingham, Massachusetts, wrapped up the 2025-26 season on the All-Conference Third Team, playing in and making starts in 27 games for the Golden Bears.
