WESTERVILLE – After an incredible season on the hardwood, the postseason awards continue to roll in for the Otterbein University basketball programs. On Tuesday, four players were named College Sports Communicators Academic All-District. On the women’s team, Kyla Irby, Nicole Terry and Mattie Walburn earned the honor, while Chase Garito was the lone representative on the men’s team. The women’s basketball program enjoyed a historic season, going 23-6 and winning their first-ever OAC Tournament title and NCAA Tournament game.
