Baseball Comets Top Pana
The varsity baseball Greenville Comets won a close game last Friday at Pana. The final score was 3-1. Rowdy Sussenbach earned the pitching win. He struck out 11 batters. Christian Swalley got the save. Dayton Oliver picked up two hits, scored two runs and drove in run. Dominic Sanchez ripped a double and had an RBI. Brock Riedemann doubled, Sussenbach had a hit and a run, and Gage Glynn hit safely once. The win gave the Comets a 2-0 record.
