Tice Earns UEC Pitcher of the Week Award
Softball 3/23/2026 2:35:00 PM LATHAM, N.Y. — Penn College pitcher Mackenzi Tice (Mansfield, Pa.) was named United East Pitcher of the Week, announced on Monday. Tice went 1-0 in the circle and picked up a save in 10 innings of work of a doubleheader sweep of Penn State Altoona on Saturday to earn her first weekly award of the season.. Tice combined for 16 strikeouts across both games. In a 2-0 game one victory, the sophomore ace, tossed a three-hit complete game shutout and racked up 12 Ks, including her 200th career strikeout in her sixth victory of the season.…
