Tennis Opens Up at Home During Spring Season
The Arrow's tennis team competed against Kentucky Wesleyan College this past Saturday at the Mayfield Village Racquet Club (Mayfield, OH). The team lost 7-0 against the Panthers in 3 doubles matches and 6 singles matches. Kay Lee Romero had a tough match for her singles competition. In set one, Romero trailed 6-1 but came back in the second set to trail by one point, 7-6. The doubles duo of Gabriella Montez and Giavanna Victor won 2 points in their match, 6-2 and Emily Bialkowski and Ajia Schreffler earned 1 point in their match, 6-1.
