Summers Collects Second Outdoor Track Distance Runner of the Week Award
LAKELAND, Fla. 鈥� Junior Cole Summers of the Florida Southern College men's track team earned his second Sunshine State Conference Men's Outdoor Distance Runner of the Week of the 2026 season. This is just the second season the conference has handed out weekly awards for track and the Moccasins have claimed five of the honors. Summers had an outstanding weekend in Orlando, Fla. as he broke the UCF Soccer and Track Complex facility record in the 10,000m.
