LANGLEY, British Columbia 鈥揟rinity Western first-year thrower Sarah Ude (Surrey, B.C.) is the Spartans Female Athlete of the Week after qualifying for the Cascade Conference Championship this past weekend at the Simon Fraser High Performance meet on Saturday afternoon at Terry Fox Field in Burnaby, B.C. The human kinetics student, who is currently ranked seventh in the NAIA and the top first-year in the NAIA, had a hammer throw of 50.09 meters to finish third at the meet.
