Softball Grabs a Split Against Asbury
WILMORE, Ky. – Spalding softball split a weekend doubleheader against Asbury, dropping a close opener before bouncing back in dominant fashion in game two. Game One: Asbury 6, Spalding 5 Spalding came out strong in the opener, building an early 5-1 lead through the first two innings. Braeanna Billups and Morgan Gambrell each drove in two runs to pace the offense, while Bianca Ward added an RBI to help fuel the fast start.
