ORLANDO, Fla. - After a breakout performance leading the eighth-ranked Lynn University women's lacrosse team to a dominant home victory, freshman Madison Smith has been named the Sunshine State Conference Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday afternoon. Smith delivered a standout showing in the Fighting Knights' 17-1 win over Montevallo, pacing the Blue and White with a game-high eight points behind five goals and three assists.
