Skidmore, Lewis Named Braves Of The Week
PEMBROKE 鈥� Athletics department officials from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke announced on Monday morning that women's track & field's Sofia Skidmore and men's track & field's Payden Lewis have been named the Scotland Health Care System Braves of the Week for the week ending on March 22, 2026. A native of the United Kingdom, Skidmore broke the school record in the Mile Run on Saturday at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a time of 5:08.28 and placed seventh.
