Senators Excel with Strong Finishes at Marty Pushkin Invitational
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. 鈥� Davis & Elkins men’s and women’s track and field opened the outdoor season Friday at the Marty Pushkin Invitational hosted by West Virginia University, turning in several strong performances in the middle- and long-distance events. The Senators were highlighted by a victory from Slate Swiger in the men’s 800 meters. Swiger crossed the line first with a time of 1:55.69, leading a strong Davis & Elkins showing in the event.
