ALFRED, NY – The Alfred University women's lacrosse team put on a clinical performance, stifling Elmira College in a decisive 18-0 shutout on Monday. The shutout against the Soaring Eagles (0-6) marks the fourth in program history for the Saxons (3-2, 1-0 Empire 8) and the first since 2024 when they defeated Hilbert College, 19-0.
