ALFRED, NY – Two members of the Alfred University women’s lacrosse team earned Empire 8 Weekly Honors, announced by the conference on Monday. Megan Rinker (Le Roy, NY/Le Roy) was named Co-Offensive Player of the Week, and Sydney Angelo (Windsor, NY/Windsor Central) earned Defensive Player of the Week. This is Rinker’s second career weekly honor and Angelo’s first.
