REPORT: Randy Bennett to Arizona State
According to multiple reports, including one from Jeff Goodman, Arizona State will hire Randy Bennett as their next head basketball coach. The coaching veteran has spent the past 25-seasons as the head coach at St. Mary鈥檚 (CA) leading them to a 589-228 (.721) record during his tenure. This season, he led the Gaels to a 27-6 (16-2 WCC) record. Bennett, an Arizona native, has won 4 WCC tournament championships, and been named conference coach of the year seven times.
