Ralston Named MWC Pitcher of the Week
Monmouth College junior pitcher Roy Ralston (Macon, Illinois) was named Midwest Conference Pitcher of the Week on Monday. Ralston struck out 10 batters in just four innings on Friday at Rockford. He came out of the bullpen and allowed no earned runs, two hits and walked one in relief. Of the 12 outs recorded by Ralston, 10 were strikeouts with one pop up to shortstop and a flyout to center.
