Powell Named A-R-C Female Athlete of the Week After Record Breaking Weekend
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) announced its weekly conference athletes of the week on Monday afternoon. From the University of Dubuque softball team, Kaitlyn Powell was named the Female Athlete of the Week. It was a record-setting weekend for Powell as she grabbed the UD career record in both hits (150) and triples (11) with well over half the season remaining.
