Neeson Named America East Defensive Player of the Week
BOSTON 鈥� University at Albany men's lacrosse student-athlete Max Neeson has been named the America East Defensive Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday morning. This is Neeson's first weekly award of 2026. Neeson recorded two caused turnovers and two ground balls in UAlbany's 10-6 win over UMBC. The defensive unit as a whole performed at a high level with Neeson as the anchor, allowing a season-low six goals.
