Men鈥檚 and Women鈥檚 Track and Field Opens Spring Season at West Chester
WEST CHESTER, Pa. 鈥� Men’s and women’s track and field returned to competition on Friday and Saturday afternoon competing in West Chester’s Purple and Gold open. Maizy Aikey recorded a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) qualifying standard to pace the Lions throughout the two days in the 5000m. MEET RESULTS Women’s Results: Aikey started the season with a new personal best time of 19:42.24 in the 5000m. The time was good for a fifth place finish out of 17 total runners in the race.
